We want you to be totally satisfied with the course, but we also want to make sure that you put your best effort forth in following the direction of the information provide. Funky Monkey, LLC provides a 14 day money back guarantee provided that you meet the following:
In order to qualify for the refund, you must submit proof that you did all the work expected in the course and that the information was not helpful/did not work for you. If you decide that this course was not right and meet the terms, please contact us at email@example.com to submit your refund request by 11:59pm EST on the 29th day.
You must include your coursework with your request for a refund. If you request a refund and do not include your coursework by midnight on the 14th day, you will not be granted a refund.
The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items:
A link to your Etsy shop showing that you optimized your shop fully by following the guidelines set out in the Etsy Setup Success ebook
Your dream customer worksheet, filled out and defining your dream customer
Your branding information, showing that you’ve developed all the expected aspects of your branding
A screenshot of your Etsy stats showing no increase in traffic or sales in the last 30 days.
Participation in at least 1 of the live Q&As where you’ve had the chance to ask any questions you may have about the course and your specific shop.
If you decide that you would like a refund, you are required to complete a phone call directly with Lauren Keplinger to discuss the situation - how the course could have served you better, where we went wrong, and what the struggle was that prohibited you from having success.
We will NOT provide refunds more than 14 days following the date of purchase. After day 14, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program.
Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 14 days, with the required coursework at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.
Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, Funky Monkey, LLC will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. Funky Monkey, LLC does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.
All refunds are discretionary as determined by Funky Monkey, LLC. To further clarify, we will not provide refunds after the 14th day from your date of purchase and all payments must be made on a timely basis. If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.
